LinkedIn content for recruitment agencies that keeps posting when you are billing

Signalpost publishes market-insight LinkedIn posts for recruitment agencies on a fixed schedule, using a preset covering hiring trends, the talent market, retention and employer branding — with no identifiable candidate or client detail.

Why recruiters post consistently for two weeks a year

Recruitment is the one sector where everybody already knows content works, and almost nobody sustains it. Posting is the first thing dropped when the desk gets busy and the last thing picked up when it goes quiet — which is exactly backwards, because the pipeline you needed in the quiet month was built in the busy one.

The second problem is sameness. A feed of 'I'm hiring' cards and job links trains both clients and candidates to ignore you. What earns a reply is market insight: what roles are actually moving, what candidates are turning down, what the counter-offer picture looks like.

Signalpost keeps insight-first posts going at a steady cadence whether your desk is flat out or dead, so consistency stops depending on how your month is going.

The guardrail: no identifiable candidates, and salary figures must be sourced

No identifiable candidate or client detail. Salary figures must be cited to a public source.

Automated content in recruitment carries two specific hazards: describing a candidate closely enough that their current employer recognises them, and inventing a salary benchmark that a client later quotes back to you. Both are blocked as hard constraints — candidates and clients are never identifiable, and a pay figure only appears when it can be attributed to a public source.

What Signalpost cannot do

Posts publish to the connected personal LinkedIn profile, not a company page. Company pages require LinkedIn's Community Management API, which needs partner approval we do not hold. Signalpost is a new product with no published customer numbers, case studies or reviews — judge it on the demo, not on claims.

Recruitment Agencies: frequently asked questions

Will it post about our live candidates or roles?

No. The recruitment preset forbids identifiable candidate or client detail, and Signalpost has no access to your ATS or CRM. Content is market insight — hiring trends, the talent market, retention and employer branding — not job advertising.

Will it make up salary data?

No. The preset requires any salary figure to be cited to a public source, and the generator is told not to invent statistics. Where no sourced figure is available it writes about the trend qualitatively instead.

Does it post from my personal profile or the agency page?

Your personal profile — which is usually the right answer in recruitment anyway, since candidates and hiring managers engage with recruiters, not agency pages. Company-page posting is not available because it needs LinkedIn partner approval we do not hold.

Can I stop it posting about a specific client or sector?

Yes. The exclusion list is a free-text list of things the content must never mention, applied on every generation. Add a client name, a competitor, or a whole sector.

Can I edit a post before it goes out?

Yes. Queued posts are visible in the dashboard and can be edited or skipped individually, and you can pause all posting at once. Switching on review-before-publish holds every post as a draft until you approve it.

How much does it cost?

£99 per month for three posts a week, £249 per month for daily posting plus blog output, £499 per month for multi-brand accounts. Monthly in GBP, cancel any time.
